Manchester is the south side’s answer to Scott’s Addition — a former industrial district that’s rapidly becoming one of the most exciting urban neighborhoods in Richmond. The James River is right there, and the T. Tyler Potterfield Memorial Bridge gives walkers and cyclists a direct, scenic route across the river to Brown’s Island and downtown.

Manchester is a strong pick for buyers who want urban living, modern construction, and a neighborhood with a clear upward trajectory — without paying north-of-the-river prices.
